RED ALERT 2: SOVIET STRUCTURES

 

Buildings: Tech Level: Descriptions:
Construction Yard 1 This is the heart and soul of the base.  Protect this with your life!  This creates the buildings that make your units.  If lost, and your at Tech Level 9, you can make an MCV, then deploy it into a Construction Yard.
Tesla Reactor 1 You always need power to have a successful base.  If at low power, Tesla Coils, air defense and all power ups (i.e. Nuke) won't work. Also, radar fails, and production of units and structures are also slowed.  So keep power up with this.
Soviet Refinery 1 This  processes your ore into credits to create units.  So it is a good idea to make more than one of these at 2 separate locations.  That way, if one is destroyed, the other can still support you.
Soviet Barracks 1 This will create all infantry units.  Many more powerful structures require this, so don't skip building this structure.
Soviet Flak Cannon 1 This is your only air defense structure that you can build.  But it is useless if your base has low power.
Soviet Sentry Gun 1 This is a good base defense against infantry.  But against vehicles it isn't very effective.
Soviet Naval Yard 2 This will build and repair your naval units.
Soviet War Factory 2 This creates all of your ground vehicles.  So if you want to have a strong offense, this is an important structure to keep alive.  Thus, it becomes a popular target for the enemy.
Soviet Radar Tower 3 This will show you a mini-map of the map.  It shows your units, and your enemies units by color.  Some units are invisible to radar though...
Tesla Coil 5 Zap your fears away with this impressive base defense.  This uses a bolt of electricity to inflict a lot of damage to the enemy units.  With Tesla troopers, you can Super-Charge the Coil and run it while your base has low power.  Note that 3 Tesla Troopers are needed to do this.
Soviet Service Depot 6 This repairs any of your vehicles except sea units.
Soviet Battle Lab 7 This nice looking building does nothing but allow you to build the cool buildings, like the Nuclear bomb, Nuclear Reactor, Iron curtain, Physic Sensor, and Cloning Vats.
Cloning Vats 9 This is a cool building.  Once this is built, any infantry unit you make, another one is made free of charge.
Nuclear Reactor 9 This will supply an ample amount of power all on its own.  Your whole base can be powered by it.
Armory: Tech Level: Armory Descriptions:
Fortress Walls 1 This prevents units from entering your base.  Vehicles are able to destroy it though, and some can shoot over it so be careful.
Soviet Sentry Gun 1 This is a good base defense against infantry.  But against vehicles it isn't very effective.
*Soviet Flak Cannon 1 This is your only air defense structure that you can build.  But it is useless if your base has low power.

*Nuclear Silo 10 gee I wonder what this does, it makes a Nuke and launches it.  You can't have low power to use this.
*Psychic Sensor 10 This lets you know exactly where an enemy is about to attack.
*Iron Curtain 10 This will temporarily make a group of units/structures invincible.

*Players are notified and the shroud goes away around this structure when built.  Moreover, you cannot use this structures' ability if you have low power.
